By accessing RoofCircuit you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The Service
RoofCircuit is a directory and project-networking platform. We do not perform roofing work, certify structural safety, or replace licensed inspections. Contractor listings are informational.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
4. Contractor Listings
Contractors claiming listings warrant they hold appropriate licensing and insurance for the work and jurisdictions they advertise. RoofCircuit may remove listings that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform. Do not post unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
6. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. AI estimates, cost ranges, and matches are informational only and do not replace licensed professional judgment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofCircuit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any contractor relationship initiated through it.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
